Ever since Dr. Betts was a dental assistant, she has been interested in working with patients with special needs and their families. Serving as Clinical Faculty at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry Special Needs & Geriatrics Clinic, she now teaches and supervises other dental students about all of the amazing ways to care for these wonderful patients.
