What to Expect
We want to make sure you know exactly what to expect at your upcoming appointment. By now, you have spoken to a member of our team and scheduled your New Patient Comprehensive Exam.
**If you have not already received your new patient forms, please let us know ASAP. You will need to fill those forms out online prior to your appointment as well as request any previous records be forwarded to our office email. Our office email is integrativedentalwellness@gmail.com.
At your New Patient Comprehensive Exam, you can expect to spend about 120 minutes with us. Please plan accordingly.
If you have had recent x rays that you would like us to review or reference, please forward them directly to our office PRIOR to your appointment. We plan to take all new, digital images at your visit, but recent x rays can be helpful for diagnosis and comparison.
During the appointment.
Your doctor will review both your personal oral health goals and all of your diagnostics with you and, together, you and your doctor will outline the best game plan for you.
If time allows and you are eligible, you may receive a cleaning as well.
We will obtain all needed diagnostic information, such as x-rays, photos, scans, and any other data needed to assess your tooth, gum, and jaw health.
Upon completion of your first appointment with us you will receive a comprehensive treatment plan with the next steps in your care.
At IDW, we take the time to thoroughly look at everything and customize a plan for you based on your individualized goals and priorities to create the best possible smile for you.
