IDW Team Retreat in Nashville 2026
This February, the IDW Team took 2 days away from the practice for their annual Team Retreat in Nashville! We take this time to reassess and realign to ensure that we are always performing at the highest level to serve our patients, our community, and each other.
It’s also a chance for our team to strengthen connections, share ideas, and grow together outside of the office. By investing in collaboration, learning, and team building, we’re able to bring even more energy and purpose back to the care we provide every day.
It was a boot scootin’ good ol’ time, and we returned energized and excited to be the absolute BEST dental team for our IDW Dental Family.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a festive evening of community, giving, and holiday cheer as we officially kicked off the 2025 Holiday Hope Campaign — benefiting local Carroll County non-profits.

Hosted by Integrative Dental Wellness, the Holiday Hope Kick-off Event celebrated the spirit of the season and the power of giving back. The campaign — proudly sponsored by the Carroll County Times and The Kahlert Foundation — has raised over $2 million for local charities, and this year we proudly continued that meaningful tradition.
Guests enjoyed a $20 donation experience that included:
• Two $5 Merchant Bucks
• One Holiday Hope Passport
Participants filled their passports by visiting participating merchants and nonprofits along Historic Main Street to collect stamps and enter to win holiday gift baskets and prizes.

Celebrating Nicole’s Next Chapter
We recently gathered as a team for a heartfelt farewell dinner to celebrate Nicole’s final days at Integrative Dental Wellness before she embarks on her exciting journey to dental school. Over the past two years, Nicole has been a compassionate constant in our office, supporting patients with care, navigating logistics with grace, and truly embodying the heart of our team. As she begins her next chapter at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, we are filled with pride and gratitude. We’ll miss her dearly but can’t wait to cheer her on as she becomes the amazing dentist she’s destined to be.
A Night at the Ballpark: Team Bonding with the Orioles!
At Integrative Dental Wellness, we’re more than just a dental practice — we’re a family. This July, our incredible team came together for a memorable Friday night at Camden Yards to cheer on the Orioles! Joined by friends and loved ones, we shared laughter, great food, and post-game fireworks under the Baltimore sky. IDW Annual Block Party 2025
Join us for our Annual Block Party at Eldersburg Crossing, a fun-filled community event hosted by Integrative Dental Wellness! Each year, we close down the parking lot and open up the celebration with live music, delicious food, exciting raffles, games, animals, and activities for all ages.
We proudly collaborate with local businesses and nonprofits who set up tables to showcase their services and products, offering a unique opportunity to shop local, support small businesses, and connect with our vibrant community.
